Key objectives
Amplia is a reputable wealth management partner based in Switzerland. This year, they were looking to expand their footing to the Nordics, offering wealth management services that help families and entrepreneurs build a lasting legacy.
Amplia aims to become the go-to wealth management partner in the Nordics over time. To achieve this, Amplia needed a renewed brand that appeals to the Nordic markets and a website that communicates the service and its values well. Columbia Road was chosen to support Amplia in building that setup.

Our approach
Our project began as a brand renewal project. Together with Amplia we identified the core characteristics of the brand. As families are Amplia’s primary target audience, it was important for the brand to reflect Amplia’s trustworthiness over generations. This is captured especially in the tone of voice, that is sincere and focused on long term wealth, not quick fortunes with high risks.
Visually the brand reflects both Nordic and Swiss roots. The colour scheme is inspired by the Nordic nature and photography includes photos of both the Nordics and Switzerland. These are accompanied by patterns that bring energy, rhythm and dynamism to the layouts. They feature simple, geometric elements with sharp angles reflecting the Nordic background and Swiss influence.
Following the brand renewal, we got to work designing and building the website. The website plays a crucial role in communicating the brand and Amplia’s services. We helped create the website content and ensured that the site delivered the desired impact.
We started by establishing a robust foundation with a new hosting setup and a secure WordPress environment, complete with enhanced security measures and automated backups. Leveraging the foundational research from the brand renewal, we identified the goals for the new website and gained deeper insights into the key target audiences for each market, which was crucial for effective localisation.
To ensure Amplia's website communicated its services and values across different markets, we designed and implemented custom re-usable templates with Elementor. These newly designed templates, combined with localised translations, allowed us to tailor the website for each market.
Impact
As a result of the project, Amplia now has everything it needs to deepen its roots and grow its influence in the Nordics. The brand comes alive in all digital channels as well as physical elements such as folders, brochures and business cards.
The website is an integral part of Amplia’s launch in the Nordics. The website project resulted in a visually appealing, user-friendly, and coherent website that delivers a personalised experience for Amplia's global customers on any device. It effectively communicates the brand and value proposition, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience.
