Building an efficient 360 customer service experience with Salesforce

The key objective was to decrease complexity of the IT landscape to support the further development needs of SAS' customer service processes. A single platform for customer service work would enable a 360 view for agents to see why customers are contacting SAS and how to best serve them.

SAS wanted to resume their migration to Salesforce with Columbia Road and we decided to create a new small cross-functional DevOps team consisting of Columbia Road consultants and SAS IT and customer service professionals.

The team’s main mission was to establish a modern, digitalised, and easy-to-use customer service experience for SAS. With a strong mandate to work towards realising the vision of future digital customer service at SAS, have allowed the team to respond quickly to the needs of stakeholders without compromising platform stability, or long-term architecture.

Building a complex customer portal for Qt’s global customer base

Qt Group teamed up with Columbia Road to build a brand new high-volume customer portal on Salesforce to further fuel Qt’s skyrocketing growth. The portal allows Qt’s global customer base to use the subscription solutions fully online and enables excellent customer experiences. The portal seamlessly integrates together licence management services, identity management and sales capabilities.

The portal plays an important part in laying the foundation for Qt’s current and future growth. Already now, as Qt has acquired new businesses, those have been integrated seamlessly to be part of the portal. The portal is designed to also support Qt’s growth trajectory in the future.

With Valokuitunen, we built a holistic digital sales and marketing platform from scratch in 6 months.

Nordic Finance was looking for a partner to help them build and manage new efficient lead management processes in Salesforce Pardot with the focus on generating and nurturing leads directly from the end-customer B2B segment.

After building a robust lead management process in Pardot and Salesforce CRM we've together managed to continuously grow and surpass Nordic Finances' targets.

Since the launch, we have been able to increase the number of leads every consecutive month during H1, increased the number of leads by 1025% from February to June, and our work helped Nordic Finance to reach ambitious turnover targets for H1.

HOCKEY STICK GROWTH IN PARTNER ENGAGEMENT WITH SALESFORCE COMMUNITY CLOUD

Framery joined forces with Columbia Road to build Framery 360, a channel that combines all needed information, materials and tools for Framery's global network of partners, architects & designers, installers and end customers.

The launch of the service has had a true hockey stick effect on partner engagement, information sharing and digital sales growth.

We started by upgrading the UX and visual design to reflect the Framery brand better. We then moved visual sales configurators, quoting and ordering onto Salesforce Community cloud. In addition, the complex product data and product visualisation were moved to the Salesforce platform to enable higher business agility.
