Victoria Berger Blom joins Columbia Road

Hi Victoria, How did you get good at what you do?

I am a very curious person and a creative problem solver, always eager to learn and not too afraid of stepping outside my comfort zone. With experience from sales in both global enterprises and in my own startup, I believe I have a good understanding of what challenges both environments can face.

Where have you earned your spurs?

I have a Master's degree in Business and have had the opportunity to work in many fantastic tech companies where I have had to develop my skills rapidly. In sales and business, development results are usually easily measurable. I have been given the opportunity to take responsibility for running many strategically important sales cases and projects. This has given me valuable experience to draw from.

What makes your heart beat a little faster?

I like to keep active and social in my free time. There are not enough hours in the day for everything I want to do, but I do prioritise time with my family and friends. I am always planning for the next project whether it is to build a summer house or preparing for ladies sailing or tennis camps.
